- Information you give us. Many of our services require you to sign up through our website or client hub. When you do, we ask for personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, physical address, pet details, and credit card or payment information.
- Information we get from your use of our services. We collect information about the services we provide to you on a past, current, and ongoing basis (for example, service history, visit dates, and communications related to your account).
We will always ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy.
Text Messaging and Two-Way Communication
Text messaging is our primary method for client communications. We use text messages to provide important updates and improve your experience with our services.
What we send via text:
- Visit reminders and scheduling confirmations/rescheduling
- Billing reminders and payment requests
- Marketing messages and promotions (e.g., special offers, seasonal deals)
- Review requests after service completion
- Responses to your questions, photos you send, or other customer support needs
Because we offer two-way texting, you can reply directly to our messages to ask questions, send photos of your yard, confirm appointments, report issues, or make changes to your service. We may also send automated or manual replies to your messages.

How we obtain your consent for text messaging: We only send text messages to individuals who have explicitly consented. Consent is collected via a checkbox on our website signup form and/or client information form, where you agree to receive SMS/text communications from Yabba Dabba Doo Doo, LLC. By checking the box and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive the types of messages listed above.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies but may include several messages per month depending on your service schedule, billing cycle, and any promotions.

Carrier charges: Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for sending or receiving our messages.

We work hard to protect Yabba Dabba Doo Doo and our users from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold. In particular:

- We restrict access to personal information to only those Yabba Dabba Doo Doo employees and contractors who need to know that information to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations. Violations may result in discipline or termination.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. Terms of Service
By scheduling service, submitting a lead form, checking any agreement box, or using our services/website, you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service with Yabba Dabba Doo Doo, LLC (“Service Provider”).

1. Payment Processing & Authorization
All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By agreeing, you authorize us to store and charge your payment method on file for services, fees, recurring charges, promotional adjustments, cancellation fees, and one-time cleanings.

2. Payment Method Required
A valid credit card or bank account must be saved on file prior to any service. Services will not be rendered without it.
​
3. First Free Cleaning Offer – Eligibility
The first cleaning (“Free Scoop”) may be provided at no charge only for new customers signing up for ongoing weekly or twice-weekly service. It does not apply to one-time cleanings, bi-weekly services, or in combination with other offers. We reserve the right to deny or revoke if eligibility is not met.

4. Cancellation After Free Cleaning
If you cancel immediately following the Free Scoop, you agree to a one-time cleaning fee of $70, charged to your payment method.

5. Cancellation & Schedule Change Policy
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service day (starting at 8:00 AM). Late changes may result in a fee and/or forfeiture of the visit.

6. Missed Visits & Access Issues
If we cannot perform service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, locked gates, or aggressive animals, the visit may be considered completed and charged.

7. Weather & Service Delays
We may delay or reschedule due to weather, safety, or uncontrollable circumstances.

8. No Guarantee of Complete Removal
While performed professionally, complete removal of all pet waste is not guaranteed due to yard conditions, debris, or other factors.

9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including pet injury unless caused by our gross negligence.

10. SMS Communications
All text/SMS communications are governed by our Privacy Policy (above), including consent requirements, message types, frequency, rates (msg & data may apply), opt-out (reply STOP), and help (reply HELP or contact us).

11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Colorado law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mesa County, Colorado. You agree to resolve disputes individually (no class actions).
13. Entire Agreement & Electronic Consent
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. By checking agreement boxes or scheduling, you provide electronic consent and authorization for charges.
