Below is a list of our most commonly asked questions. If you have other questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Does someone need to be home during our cleaning? Not at all, we can come in and service your yard while you are away doing the things you enjoy. Your dogs are even welcome to stay and help us clean!!

 

Will I be notified before my service? Yes, you will be notified the morning of your service day. Your technician will also send you a text message or give you a phone call when your yard is going to be cleaned next. The reminder is usually about ten minutes.

 

Do you guarantee your work? Yes we do, we believe in quality work here a Yabba Dabba Doo Doo. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service we will either refund your money, or give you a nice discount on your next service.

 

Do you offer service all year long? Yes, we offer year long poop scoop services. There are a couple policies concerning weather and frozen ground. Some of our additional services, such as our yard deodorizer may not be available during the colder months of the year. 

How does billing work? We will save your bank card on file and charge after each service is complete. Your receipt will be sent to your registered email address.

Can my dogs be outside during your visit? Absolutely, we prefer for your pets to be outside because it allows us to build a trusting relationship with them.
