Company Policy

During the colder months, dog waste may freeze within snow and ice. We want to assure you that this frozen waste will be promptly removed as soon as it becomes accessible using our standard methods, typically when the weather warms and the snow and ice begin to melt. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any frozen waste left behind, as removal will take place as conditions allow.

If pathways/walkways are blocked by any type of debris, we will not traverse or remove the object to clean that section of your yard. For example, if you own a trampoline we will not crawl underneath to clean waste. 

 

We require a bank card on file prior to any pet waste service.

Our one time cleaning and initial cleaning rates are different because of the recurring service that follows, however, if you sign up for a recurring service and stay short term after your initial cleaning you may be charged the remaining balance of a one time cleaning rate. (one time cleaning rate minus the amount of money you have paid in total thus far)

 

We love all your dogs, and they are more than welcome to help us out during our time in your yard. However, any aggressive behavior can result in immediate cancellation of your plan. We greatly value our teams’ safety.

To maximize the effectiveness of our services, please maintain areas where your pets may defecate. In Grand Junction, Colorado, seasonal challenges like fall leaves and springtime tall grass can obscure pet waste. Keeping these areas clear ensures efficient waste removal.

If you opt out of our removal plan but consistently forget to make your trash bin accessible for us on your service day, we will automatically add the waste removal option to your plan. (Trash bins left out 3 times consistently will qualify for the auto removal charge)

Recurring service must start the following week after your initial cleaning.

We greatly value our client-company relationships. We will always be honest with you, and we expect that honesty in return. If it is discovered that a client has been dishonest about the number of dogs on your property we may charge an additional service fee. 

If you skip a week for any reason we reserve the right to charge double on your next service.

For properties with trampolines, we will clean around the trampoline's edge during each service visit. Our technicians will not access the area beneath the trampoline for safety reasons. It is the property owner's responsibility to move the trampoline to allow access for cleaning underneath, which we will perform at no additional charge when made accessible. We can assist in moving the trampoline if someone is available to help during the service. Please note that no discounts or refunds are provided for any dog waste left beneath the trampoline, as maintenance of this area is the property owner's responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation.
