Yabba Dabba Doo Doo is Looking for long-term, Pet Care Field Technicians to keep yards clean and pet owners happy across residential and commercial properties.

About the Role

Love dogs, fresh air, and working on your own? As a Pet Care Field Technician, you’ll travel to homes and businesses in Grand Junction, using a mobile app to deliver tailored pet care and yard maintenance services. Our mission: Make pet ownership stress-free to help keep pets in loving homes.

What You’ll Do

Follow daily routes via mobile app to provide top-notch pet waste clean-up.
Interact professionally with clients and their pets, ensuring a friendly, reliable experience.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment while completing tasks efficiently.

Loves dogs and feels comfortable around pets of all sizes (some may bark, but most just want love!).
Enjoys working outdoors in all weather (heat, cold, light rain/snow).
Thrives in a routine-driven role with consistent daily tasks.
Shows up on time and follows through on commitments.
Provides friendly, professional service to diverse clients.
Stays organized and uses mobile apps for navigation, communication and scheduling.

Vehicle Options

Option 1: Use a Company Vehicle – Fuel and maintenance covered; no mileage reimbursement.
Option 2: Use Your Own Vehicle – Reimbrused $0.60/mile. Must have a reliable, insured vehicle (50–70 miles/day).

Earn What You’re Worth – Unlimited Commission Potential. Our Yard Techs earn top-tier commission based on the revenue from successfully completed jobs. We reward both speed and quality.
The more efficiently you work and the higher your customer satisfaction, the more you earn. Your commission percentage increases through performance tiers — the more revenue you generate with clean, callback-free jobs, the bigger your cut.
Hard workers who hustle and take pride in their service typically average in the high $20s to $30+ per hour, while slower Techs usually fall in the low to mid $20s. Top performers consistently earn the most.
Pro Tip: Delivering excellent service and minimizing callbacks helps you protect and maximize your earnings on every job. We pay for great results — and we make sure the Techs who deliver them get rewarded accordingly.
Perk: After 3 months, enjoy company-covered subscriptions for select entertainment streaming services.
Additional Earnings: Mileage reimbursement (personal vehicle) and occasional client tips.
Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every Friday.

Minimum Requirements

18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Able to walk 7–10 miles/day on uneven terrain, lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather.
Reliable smartphone with data plan for navigation and scheduling apps.
Must pass background, motor vehicle record, and drug screenings due to home visits.
No prior experience required.

Schedule

Work weekdays (Monday–Friday), completing all assigned daily jobs between 8 AM and 5 PM. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with all tasks required to be completed within the daily 8 AM–5 PM window.
No weekends required; some schedule flexibility for part-time roles.
