Offer Terms & Conditions – Pet Waste Removal Services
By scheduling service, submitting a lead form, and/or checking the agreement box, you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms with Yabba Dabba Doo Doo, llc (“Service Provider”).
1. Payment Processing & Authorization
All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor used by the Service Provider.
By agreeing to these terms, the Customer authorizes the Service Provider to store and charge the payment method on file for services and fees incurred under this agreement, including recurring services, promotional adjustments, cancellation fees, and one-time cleaning charges.

2. Payment Method Required
A valid credit card or bank account must be saved on file prior to any service being performed. Services will not be rendered without a valid payment method on file.

3. First Free Cleaning Offer – Eligibility
The first cleaning (“Free Scoop”) may be provided at no charge only for new customers who sign up for:
-
Ongoing weekly service, or
-
Ongoing twice-weekly (2x per week) service
The Free Scoop does not apply to:
-
One-time cleanings
-
Bi-weekly services
The Free Scoop may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Service Provider reserves the right to revoke or deny the Free Scoop if eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Cancellation After Free Cleaning
If the Customer cancels service immediately following the Free Scoop, the Customer agrees to a one-time cleaning fee of $70, which will be charged to the payment method on file.

5. Cancellation & Schedule Change Policy
Cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service day.

The service day begins at 8:00 AM

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service day may result in:

A cancellation or service fee, and/or
-
Forfeiture of the scheduled visit

6. Missed Visits & Access Issues
If the Service Provider is unable to perform service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, locked gates, or aggressive animals, the visit may be considered completed and charged accordingly.

7. Weather & Service Delays
Service Provider may delay or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. No Guarantee of Complete Removal
While services are performed professionally, complete removal of all pet waste is not guaranteed due to yard conditions, debris, or environmental factors.

9. Limitation of Liability
Service Provider’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the most recent service. The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Modifications to Terms
Service Provider reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided.

12. Acceptance & Electronic Consent
By checking the agreement box and scheduling service, the Customer provides electronic consent and confirms authorization for charges in accordance with these Offer Terms & Conditions.
